Return Policy

Return Policy.  All sales are final.  RAZALAS Publishing LLC accepts returns for exchange, for items damaged in transit. Refund & Exchanges.  To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email RAZALAS Publishing LLC within 7 days of receiving the shipment at april@aprilmariesalazar.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us.  Upon receipt of the damaged item RAZALAS Publishing LLC will ship out a replacement, if available.  If a replacement is not available, RAZALAS Publishing LLC will refund the full purchase price of your item. Non-returnable items:  Gift cards. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and if applicable photo proof of damaged item.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable). Books with obvious signs of useor purposely ripped, torn, etc. will not be approved for a refund. Any item not in its original condition and/or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Refunds (if applicable).  Once your return is received and inspected, RAZALAS Publishing LLC will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  RAZALAS Publishing LLC will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 7 days +. Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted due to processing times.  If you’ve completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at april@aprilmariesalazar.com. Sale items (if applicable).  Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Sale items will not be refunded. Promoted Items (if applicable).  Any items that have been discounted with promotion or signed/autographed with promotion may not be returned.  Exchanges (if applicable).  RAZALAS Publishing LLC only replaces items if damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send RAZALAS Publishing LLC an email at april@aprilmariesalazar.com to inquire re necessary steps.  Gifts (if applicable). If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or credited to your online account with RAZALAS Publishing LLCs site. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, RAZALAS Publishing LLC will send a refund to the gift giver. Shipping.  To return your product, you should contact RAZALAS Publishing LLC at april@aprilmariesalazar.com prior to shipping the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  RAZALAS Publishing LLC does not guarantee receipt of your returned item.  Lost or Stolen Packages.  RAZALAS Publishing LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Upon inquiry, RAZALAS Publishing LLC will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
